2–5 Business Days

Each Flower Popper order is personalized and made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Popper-Only Order

USPS Ground Advantage (2-6 business days)
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days)

These are estimated delivery days. There is no guaranteed delivery time. 

Orders Containing Flowers

Standard Ground Shipping (2-6 business days) UPS or USPS

Need Faster Shipping for Your Flowers?

Expedited shipping is available upon request. Place your order using Standard Ground Shipping at checkout, then contact us to request an upgrade. 

Because flower orders vary in size, quantity, and packaging requirements, expedited shipping costs must be quoted individually.

Please email stacey@flowerpoppers.com with your order number and requested delivery date.

We will provide available expedited shipping options and pricing. If you choose to upgrade, we will send you a separate invoice for the additional shipping cost.

RETURNS

If you have an issue with your order, simply email stacey@flowerpoppers.com with your order number or purchaser's name and a brief description of the issue.

We will be happy to help find a solution.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us before returning any merchandise so we can provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
